11 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, cooking 6-8 minutes while breaking up meat with spatula until no pink remains and onions are softened.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant. Drain excess grease, then season mixture with seasoned salt.
03 - Add tomato sauce, ketchup, yellow mustard, instant rice, and beef broth to skillet. Stir everything together until well combined.
04 - Bring mixture to gentle simmer and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broth is absorbed and rice is tender.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 cup chopped bacon until cheese melts into rice.
06 - Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over top of rice mixture. Cover skillet and let sit 2-3 minutes to allow steam to melt cheese on top.
