13 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
14 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
15 - 1 tablespoon chili powder
16 - 1 tablespoon ground cumin
17 - 1 packet Sazon seasoning
18 - ½ teaspoon salt
19 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Cheese Sauce

20 - 16 oz Queso Blanco Velveeta or white American cheese
21 - 12 oz can evaporated milk
22 - 7 oz can diced chilies
23 - 8 oz grated pepper jack cheese

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Toast the rice, onion, and garlic in avocado oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add Sazon seasoning, chicken bouillon, enchilada sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest, covered, for 15 minutes without stirring. Gently fluff before serving.
02 - Combine Queso Blanco Velveeta, evaporated milk, diced chilies, and grated pepper jack cheese in a saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese is fully melted and sauce thickens.
03 - Heat avocado oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, Sazon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until just opaque and cooked through. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness.
05 - Plate the cooked rice, then arrange the chicken strips and shrimp on top. Drizzle generously with cheese sauce. Optionally, serve with warm tortillas.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Toast the rice thoroughly to enhance its nutty flavor and improve texture.
