# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Steak Bites

01 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
04 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 6g brown sugar
07 - 8g olive oil
08 - 450g top sirloin filet, sliced into small chunks

→ Garlic Butter

09 - 0.25 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
10 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
11 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 21g unsalted butter

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Go ahead and grab your sirloin chunks. Mix in the olive oil so everything is coated. In another small bowl, stir together garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and brown sugar. Stir those spices through your steak bites till they're fully coated. Let that sit and soak up the flavors for a few minutes.
02 - Crank up the air fryer to 200°C and let it heat about 5 minutes. Spread your steak bites out evenly in the basket—you don't want any crowding. Air fry for 4-6 minutes at 200°C. Give the basket a good shake about halfway through. Just cook till they're as done as you like.
03 - As the steak's cooking, pop the butter in a small pan over a low flame so it melts. Add in the garlic powder, chilli flakes, and parsley. Give it all a quick stir till it's nice and smooth.
04 - Drop the cooked steak bites into a bowl. Drench them in that tasty garlic butter and toss so every bit is covered. Get it on the table and dive in while they're hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Want things a bit lighter? Use sirloin, round, or even flank steak. If your pieces are on the thin side, cut back the cook time a little so they stay juicy.
