Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps (Printable Version)

Crispy wraps packed with beef, cheese, and pickles—ready in just 20 minutes.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Protein & Base

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas (10-inch)

→ Classic Burger Toppings

03 - 1 tablespoon creamy mayonnaise
04 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
05 - 16 dill pickle slices, patted dry
06 - 4 slices American cheese

→ Seasonings & Finishing

07 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook while breaking it up until no pink remains. Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
02 - Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20–25 seconds until warm and pliable to prevent cracking during rolling.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup across the center, leaving room on the edges for folding.
04 - Place 4 pickle slices on each tortilla, followed by one slice of American cheese and about 1/2 cup of cooked ground beef.
05 - Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in both sides and roll tightly from bottom to top to form a sealed wrap.
06 - Brush the tops and sides of each wrap with melted butter to promote even browning and crispiness.
07 - Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Place wraps seam-side down in the basket and air fry for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
08 - Brush with additional melted butter if desired. Let cool slightly, slice diagonally, and serve warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Warm tortillas prevent cracking during rolling and ensure a smooth wrap.
02 - Pat pickle slices dry to avoid introducing excess moisture that can lead to sogginess.
03 - Avoid overfilling the wraps to maintain structural integrity and even cooking.
