# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Brownie Batter

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
07 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 tablespoons red food coloring

→ Cream Cheese Swirl

10 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
11 - 1 cup granulated sugar
12 - 2 large eggs
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, combine melted butter, 2 cups sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Mix until smooth.
03 - Stir in flour and salt just until combined. Add red food coloring and mix until the batter is evenly tinted.
04 - In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
05 - Pour half of the red velvet batter into the prepared pan. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the batter, then cover with the remaining red velvet batter.
06 - Use a knife to gently swirl the cream cheese mixture into the red velvet batter for a marbled effect.
07 - Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
08 - Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into 16 squares to ensure clean edges.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use full-fat cream cheese and avoid overmixing the batter to maintain a tender texture.
02 - Let brownies cool fully before slicing to keep edges neat and prevent crumbling.
