07 - 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
08 - 2 cups roasted or pan-fried potatoes
09 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 - 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, chopped
11 - 5 slices cooked bacon, sliced

→ For Serving

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir continuously and cook until eggs are fully set but moist.
02 - Lay each warmed tortilla flat. Layer ½ cup scrambled eggs, ½ cup roasted potatoes, ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup of either bacon or sausage. Roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito.
03 - Cook the assembled burritos in a skillet with a small amount of butter or oil until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side, or bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
