# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds

→ Vegetables

02 - 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
03 - 2 medium potatoes, diced
04 - 1 medium onion, sliced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Pantry

06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

11 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large bowl, mix sliced kielbasa, chopped cabbage, diced potatoes, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, then sprinkle smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Tear off four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Divide the kielbasa and vegetable mixture evenly onto the center of each sheet.
04 - Fold the foil over the mixture and seal edges tightly to create individual packets.
05 - Place foil packs on the grill or on a baking sheet in the oven. Cook 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through if grilling, until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is heated through.
06 - Carefully open the foil packs to avoid steam, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For enhanced flavor, substitute smoked sausage for kielbasa. Additional vegetables like bell peppers or carrots can be included. Foil packs can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
