# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1 cup warm whole milk
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 cup melted butter

→ Filling

07 - 6 slices cooked crispy bacon, chopped
08 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
09 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
10 - 1/4 cup bourbon
11 - 1/4 cup softened butter

→ Glaze

12 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and a pinch of sugar in a large bowl. Let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture and melted butter, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
03 - Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm environment for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
05 - Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter evenly, sprinkle cinnamon and bacon, then drizzle with bourbon-infused maple syrup.
06 - Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls. Arrange in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure milk is warm to the touch, not hot, to properly activate yeast.
