→ Cowboy Butter Seasoning Blend

16 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
17 - 1 tbsp onion powder
18 - 1 tbsp dried parsley
19 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
20 - 1 tsp ground black pepper
21 - 1 tsp salt
22 - ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
23 - ½ tsp dried thyme
24 - ½ tsp dried rosemary
25 - ½ tsp cayenne powder (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the thick-cut bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside. Using the same pan, add ground beef and sauté until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
02 - Add diced onion to the pan and cook until softened, approximately 3–4 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Incorporate the cowboy butter seasoning blend, stirring thoroughly to combine.
03 - Pour in fire-roasted diced tomatoes with their juices and tomato sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce and butter, stirring until melted and integrated. Reduce heat to low and mix in heavy whipping cream. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain. Toss pasta into the sauce, ensuring even coating. Stir in shredded cheddar, Parmesan, and Colby Jack cheeses until melted and creamy. Top with crumbled bacon.
05 - Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle additional cheese on top, and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
06 - Finish with a sprinkle of chopped chives and serve immediately while hot.
