# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons instant yeast
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 1 cup warm milk
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (plus additional for layering)
09 - 2 large eggs, room temperature

→ Add-ins

10 - 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk warm milk and eggs, then pour into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
02 - Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
04 - Roll the dough into a rectangle. Brush evenly with melted butter, then sprinkle brown sugar, chocolate chips, and cinnamon over the surface.
05 - Roll the dough tightly into a log, cut into 12 equal pieces, twist each piece gently, and place them into a greased muffin tin.
06 - Cover the shaped cruffins and allow them to rise for 30 minutes until puffy.
07 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the cruffins for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
08 - Allow the cruffins to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a dairy-free alternative, substitute almond or oat milk and use vegan butter. A 1:1 gluten-free flour blend can replace all-purpose flour to make it gluten-free.
