01 - 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion

05 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garlic Bread

10 - 1 French baguette or 4 sub rolls, halved lengthwise
11 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
12 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
14 - Pinch of salt

→ Cheese Topping

15 - 3 1/2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
16 - 3 1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) until fully heated.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add ground beef or turkey to the skillet; cook while stirring frequently until browned evenly. Drain excess fat.
04 - Stir ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper into the meat. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
05 - Mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
06 - Spread the garlic butter evenly on cut sides of the baguette or rolls. Place on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crisp.
07 - Spoon sloppy joe mixture onto toasted bread halves. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Return to oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
