Spread the garlic butter evenly on cut sides of the baguette or rolls. Place on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crisp.

Spoon sloppy joe mixture onto toasted bread halves. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Return to oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
