Arrange a single, even layer of graham crackers in the bottom of the prepared pan.

Evenly sprinkle mini marshmallows over the graham cracker layer.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel bits and milk. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth.

Carefully pour the melted caramel mixture over the marshmallows and graham crackers, spreading evenly.

Chop Butterfinger bars into bite-sized pieces and gently press them onto the warm caramel layer.
