08 - 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos (100g)
09 - 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (60g)
10 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (55g)

→ Garnish (optional)

11 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
12 - Whipped cream

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers with melted unsalted butter. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 20 minutes to set.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
03 - Divide the filling evenly in half. Incorporate strawberry jam or puree into one half to create the strawberry-flavored layer.
04 - Spread the plain cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust. Layer the strawberry-flavored filling on top, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours until firm.
05 - Combine crushed Golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter in a bowl. Stir to blend thoroughly.
06 - Evenly sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the chilled cheesecake layer. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Optionally garnish with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Serve chilled.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For enhanced berry flavor, layer fresh sliced strawberries between cheesecake layers. Substitute strawberry jam with raspberry or blueberry jam for variation. Use different types of crunchy cookies like chocolate wafers for topping diversity.
