Open biscuit cans and roll each biscuit into a 4-inch diameter circle using a rolling pin. If using Grands biscuits, separate each biscuit into two layers.

Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, and roll gently into a ball. Arrange bombs in the air fryer basket, spaced 1 inch apart. Cook in batches if necessary.

Set air fryer to 380°F and bake the bombs for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.

While baking the first batch, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

Transfer baked bombs to a cooling rack. Dip each warm bomb in melted butter to coat, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining bombs.
