Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs (Printable Version)

Golden apple-filled dough balls coated in cinnamon sugar, baked quickly in the air fryer.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 2 cans Pillsbury Country biscuits (10 pieces per can) or 1 can Grands biscuits

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup chopped apple pie filling

→ Topping

03 - ½ cup melted butter
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Open biscuit cans and roll each biscuit into a 4-inch diameter circle using a rolling pin. If using Grands biscuits, separate each biscuit into two layers.
02 - Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, and roll gently into a ball. Arrange bombs in the air fryer basket, spaced 1 inch apart. Cook in batches if necessary.
03 - Set air fryer to 380°F and bake the bombs for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
04 - While baking the first batch, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
05 - Transfer baked bombs to a cooling rack. Dip each warm bomb in melted butter to coat, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining bombs.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Rolling the biscuits into even circles ensures consistent cooking and sealing prevents filling leakage.
